Nautical Luxury Meets Urban Comfort

This 2800-square-meter duplex apartment, complete with a private rooftop garden, is situated within an exclusive Yacht Club. The design brief from the client was clear: to evoke the luxurious lifestyle of a modern superyacht while seamlessly integrating the amenities of a high-end contemporary apartment to enhance the family's living experience.

Our design approach centered on translating the essence of a luxury yacht into a residential setting. This involved a meticulous selection of high-quality materials for every surface, mirroring the refined finishes found on bespoke vessels. Throughout the apartment, custom-made furniture was designed to optimize space and comfort, much like the precision craftsmanship seen in yacht interiors. Complementing these elements, specialized art objects were curated to complete the sophisticated aesthetic, reflecting the client's passion for both his work and, more importantly, for spending quality time with family and friends in a comfortable and inviting environment. The result is a unique living space that combines the adventurous spirit and opulent feel of a modern yacht with the practical elegance and comprehensive amenities of a luxury urban dwelling.
